    The author proposes a topic to the editorial board with bibliographic references.

    Scientific review

    A second nutrition biologist reviews content, data and citations.

    Production

    Video recording with minimum technical standards (audio, footage, graphics).

    Subtitling

    Professional Italian subtitles and translation into EN/ES/FR/DE.

    Publication

    Published with the EFV tag if a friendly version is available, with linked bibliographic references.
